If you experience or witness an accident, a near miss, or a whistleblowing incident at Manvers Waterfront Boat Club, please complete the relevant form using the links below. Reporting these events promptly and accurately helps us maintain a safe, supportive, and transparent environment for all members, visitors, and staff. Your cooperation is vital in ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly and that we continue to improve the safety and integrity of our club operations.

Reporting an Accident

Please use this from to report any accident which occurs at Manvers Waterfront Boat Club. Please give as much information as possible - this will help us to investigate and put into place any actions required to keep everyone at the club safe. Please fill in a separate form for each person involved in the accident.

Whistleblowing

Manvers Waterfront Boat Club (MWBC) recognises that the decision to make an allegation can be a difficult one. However, whistleblowers who make serious allegations in the reasonable belief that it is in the public interest to do so have nothing to fear because they are doing their duty either to MWBC and/or to those for whom MWBC is providing a service.

If you or someone else needs immediate medical attention or you or someone else is at risk of immediate harm or danger, call emergency services for the police or ambulance (999 or 112) immediately.
