Clothing
Members must wear suitable clothing for dry side sessions. Lifesaving first aid and CPR involves a lot of bending, lifting and rolling casualties so clothing needs to be appropriate to these tasks. Girls, please make sure you wear suitable tops and trousers/leggings to avoid feeling uncomfortable.
For pool work, candidates must wear a pair of shorts and a t-shirt or pyjamas to go over swimwear. Once again, please can swimwear be suitable to lifesaving as t-shirts may be required to be removed for some scenarios; bikinis are not suitable for this purpose
